Actors in a play
Acting on a scene
Reading off scripts
Living lives in magazine
And I wonder if they realize
The camera’s no longer on
Living a life of lies
And acting like nothings wrong
I wonder if they realize
The camera’s no longer on,
“Director I forgot my lines”
Looking for that director to give them peace of mind
“I forgot my lines”
Feed me the lies
So I can disguise
and have the world not realize
I am an actor on stage
And I stage these sets
Where I act in scenes
Because I don’t want them to realize,

Become such a good actor
You can hardly even tell
“Feed me my script plz”
Scene one has ended
On to scene two
But I wonder if they realize,
the cameras no longer on
And as a matter of fact the camera man is gone
“I’ve become such a good actor”
Yea you live on the set
Actors in a movie
Living life in a scene!
But I wonder if they realize
The cameras no longer on
and the camera man is Gone
And the director has yelled cut
From so long
But your trapped on set
In a scene that you’ve created
Living a life of lies
And have not realized
That it all has ended
