So…First and foremost… the singing is horrible. I almost didn’t post it because my ears were hurt. BUT the message was so wonderful. I love this paradoy…watch, laugh and enjoy.
You guys remember my post on all different women having natural hair? It was entitled “Natural hair is Natural Hair“. Well here Curlly nikki posted a video on a girl who experienced an encounter on hair… I dont want to reveal too much, but just watch =)
Its December first meaning its World AIDS day. Grab a friend and get tested my friends! Knowing is Power!!! Over 33.3 million people are living with HIV/Aids and there are probably many more. Don’t be ashamed, take a stance and head to a clinic. =) On a brighter note, rock a red ribbon in your hair! Its fun playful and raises awareness.
Am i late in the game? I have stumbled upon a lovely lady’s voice and talent. This is her interview about her single “I hope she cheats on you”, all though I am not cruel when it comes to ex’s her song is very catchy. Listen as she tells her story =)

Yes it’s the beautiful Free! The lady from the Hip-Hop hit television show 106&Park, which by the way I hate now; no offense to Tiger and the other girl. Back then when I used to watch the show habitually I never noticed the lovely Free’s tresses, and must I say they are ultra beautiful. It turns out that Free has been Natural for quite some time and is in love with her hair just as she is in love with her self, in a non-cocky way. Source As I was browsing through her blog, she explains her hair story and experiences. She is also “pro-choice” when it comes to hair just as I am. She says, “Don’t just perm it at 2 years old because it’s thick and hard to take care of; save your baby’s hair for their choices”. I must say that this woman has become one of my hair role models after reading through her blog post. Here is her story: “So here’s the background on my hair: I was born with a head full of it (in more ways than one)! My hair is a mixture of my DNA, strong and stubborn in parts (especially on top of my head) and soft in curly in other spots, which makes me have what hairdressers call an “interesting head.” Here’s the real on my background: African American, Indian, and West Indian. What does that have to do with my hair? Everything. Because I can wet it and it’ll get curly but as it dries it just rises up to that afro (even when I dont want it to). If I want a straight look for a night (and I mean one night because the humidity will curl it right back up) I use a blow dryer, flat iron and hairspray to keep it down as long as I can but I promise you in the AM my hair will be on its way back to its afro.” To read the rest please visit her site: Free’s World
