Yum Yum!

If yall know me yall know I Love to Eat! I’ll eat just to eat even when im not hungry. If it looks good its going down lol. But the most important thing about eating is eating in moderation! Some ppl go on crash diets believing that what they eat will slim down their waist line to a twig, and sometimes it is effective, but are those ppl truly happy? While I’m on this journey called life I’d like to be happy and pleasure Sheila (my stomach). I thought that this vid may help some of you understand that its not what you eat but how you eat it!! I have posted a video with a balanced breakfast meal, that sure was scrumptious.

FYI: What you eat DOES effect your hair because your hair receives nutrients from the vitamins and minerals that you take in during the day. This is why its important to drink lots of water! Water= Happiness!!
